The File Of Life program
The File Of Life is a form that gets filled out and put in it’s holder which is a magnet and then gets stuck to your refrigerator so that in case of emergency, the EMT’s, Police, and/or Paramedics can view it quickly for information they may need in order to help the patient.
This very simple concept has saved dozens of lives and should be used in every community. Since 1995, a vast and increasing number of cities and towns have implemented the program. We need your help to start saving lives in our community.
Who is at Risk? We all are. Medical Emergencies can happen to anyone at any time. That's why everyone needs the "File of Life". But one group in particular needs special emphasis.
